This Privacy Policy describes how Parity Ventures LLC ("Parity Ventures," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and our mobile applications, The Brotherhood and Muave (together, the "Services").

We collect only what the Services need to work: account information you provide (such as an email address, a chosen handle, and — for Muave — identity-verification details), content you create in the apps (posts, messages, and profile information), and limited technical data (such as device type and crash logs) used to keep the Services running reliably.
2. Anonymity in The Brotherhood
The Brotherhood is designed to be anonymous. Your posts and comments are not linked to your real name or photo within the community. Your account email is used only for login, recovery, and essential service notices, and is never displayed to other members.
3. Verification in Muave
Muave uses identity verification to keep the community safe. Verification data is used solely to confirm you are who you say you are; it is not displayed to other members and is retained only as long as needed for that purpose.
4. How we use information
We use information to operate and improve the Services, keep communities safe through moderation, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your content for advertising.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Services (such as hosting and identity-verification providers) under contractual confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. We never sell or rent personal data to third parties.
6. Your choices and rights
You may access, correct, or delete your account information at any time through in-app settings, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor valid requests regardless of location.
7. Data retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations, and we use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect it. When you delete your account, associated personal information is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.
8. Children
The Services are intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we remove such accounts when identified.

If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services or by email before the changes take effect.
